• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs

• Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and

needs.

• Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met

• Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients

• Making “pitches” to win new business

• A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations

Others:

Compensation – Php 25,000.00 to Php 30,000.00 (+ commission)

Working Schedule – Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (*)

• Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English proficient)

• Has the ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines

• Knowledgeable with MODULAR FABRICATION is a must

• Familiar with Furnitures, Tooling Parts and alike is an advantage

• Willing to do field work / travel around Metro Manila (additional allowance if outside MM)

• With travel allowance and representation allowance (reimbursable while probationary)

• Company Vehicle issuance upon achievement of a certain sales quota and tenure

• Willing to do back-end clerical / admin works (i.e. liquidations, job P.O. etc)

• Amenable to report to Novaliches, QC Main Plant when no client meetings

• *May extend working hours even on weekend and holidays for client inquiries
