The Business Development Officer for Franchising and Site Location is responsible for driving the company’s growth through franchise expansion and the identification of strategic store locations. The role involves franchise recruitment, evaluation of potential franchise partners, site scouting, and ensuring the chosen locations meet operational, financial, and brand standards.

A. FRANCHISE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

1. Identify and attract potential franchisees through marketing campaigns, networking, and lead generation.
2. Conduct presentations and meetings with interested applicants to discuss franchise packages, processes, and requirements.
3. Evaluate franchise applicants’ qualifications, financial capacity, and business suitability.
4. Develop and implement franchise expansion plans and target area mapping.
5. Prepare and manage franchise documentation (LOIs, franchise agreements, disclosure documents, etc.).
6. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with franchising regulations

B. SITE LOCATION & EVALUATION

1. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to determine high-potential areas for new store locations.
2. Work closely with the operations and construction teams to ensure timely site development and store opening.
3. Prepare and present site evaluation reports with analysis, maps, photos, and recommendations.
4. Scout, identify, and evaluate potential sites based on demographics, foot traffic, accessibility, and competition.
