Welcome to Dadi Coach Corporation!

We are looking for a motivated professional to help grow our network of Dadi Coach partners across Southeast Asia. You will identify individuals—such as ESL teachers, pre-school teachers, retirees, and even parents—interested in launching their own English education programs using Dadi’s system and the ABCmouse platform. This role also involves providing continuous support to ensure each partner’s long-term success, not just for us but for your career in business development too!

Note: Training will be provided for 2 weeks after onboarding!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the Dadi Coach program using digital tools and social media. Curious about the ABCMouse? Feel free to check out the video below!
• Identify and engage potential Coach partners; manage leads through CRM.
• Communicate with prospects and invite them to business presentations.
• Guide qualified leads through the Trial Month Program and onboarding process.
• Support and mentor partners to build sustainable operations.

• 1 year experience in business administration, sales, or related roles
• Familiarity with the English education market in Southeast Asia
• Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Skilled in using digital marketing tools (e.g., LINE, Facebook, Instagram)
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
