Role: Business Development Representative

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Angeles/Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas

Schedule: Night Shift

• Prospect and Identify Leads: Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to identify and connect with potential customers.

• Conduct Conversations: Engage in meaningful and professional conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.

• Generate High-Quality Leads: Deliver 5 qualified leads per week to the outbound sales team, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles.

• Leverage Research and Tools: Utilize CRM systems, prospecting tools, and other resources to identify and connect with potential customers.

• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Proven experience in a lead generation or business development role (preferably in B2B environments).
