Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Assist in developing strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update customer and market databases
• Prepare reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and presentations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or internship-like experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of market research tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Attributes:
• Prior internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or business development activities
• Passion for business growth and client engagement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
