Develops relationships with suppliers and customers to maintain retention and develop marketing strategy plans for marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in retail sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the retail market and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva are a must.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Fashion Retail environment
