Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree holder
• With at least 10- 12 experience in Sales management, business development in industries (SaaS, Fintech, BPO, Software) is a plus
• With experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the HR/Payroll outsourced and SaaS market in the Philippines.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR and payroll requirements, statutory compliance, and government reporting.
• Analyze the competitive landscape for HR/Payroll services across the Philippines.
• Map HR/Payroll demand versus supply in key business districts to identify growth opportunities.
• Market and sell the company’s HR/Payroll technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to management to support informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
