Your Role:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Acquire and manage partnerships with exchanges, institutional clients, and local KOLs.
• Lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and resource integration.
• Build and scale a global business team from scratch.

• 1+ years of team management experience + 3+ years in crypto business development
• (APAC/EMEA markets preferred).
• Existing network of local KOLs and exchange partners, with a proven track record of $1M+
• deals.
• Strategic thinker with flawless execution – fluent in English & Chinese proficiency is a plus to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
