Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio expansion
• Conduct market research and support the sales team with training and product expertise
• Oversee inventory, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination
• Manage product registrations, renewals, and compliance with FDA, PDEA, DDB, and BOC
• Represent the company in trade shows, conventions, and professional events
• Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Pharmacy, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in medical device/healthcare product management
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory processes and hospital sales operations
• Proven skills in inventory management, product lifecycle, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
