Job Scope:

The Business Analytics Staff is mainly responsible for preparation and safekeeping of data needed for the analytics support requirements of the department which includes the following:

1. The staff will be the internal analytics of the department;

2. The staff will monitor system adoption and data compliance of the department;

3. The staff will identify opportunities for process automation and optimization;

4. The staff will support other projects of the department;

5. The staff will perform other tasks that may be assigned by the officer and Department Head from time to time.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain reports for the Management;
• Determine business projections;
• Monitor and consolidate submission of data requirements of the department;
• Review processes and participate in system enhancement projects of the department;
• Contribute to the development of test plans and test scripts and perform test execution as required;
• May be asked to perform special tasks as instructed by Officer or Management.

Job Qualifications:

• The candidate must be a graduate of BS Math or any business-related course;
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years previous experience in admin and analytics work;
• With average communication skills (oral and written), people and interpersonal skills, and advanced skills in Excel application.
