  • A Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes, adhering to schedules, and ensuring a comfortable and secure journey. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service, and the ability to handle various traffic situations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate buses along established routes, following traffic laws and safety regulations.
    • Ensure passengers board and exit the bus safely.
    • Maintain a timely schedule and adjust driving as necessary to avoid delays.
    • Assist passengers with boarding, especially those with special needs.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the bus before and after each trip.
    • Report any mechanical issues or accidents to management immediately.

    • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
    • Clean driving record with no major violations.
    • Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Ability to interact positively with passengers and provide excellent customer service.
    • Strong attention to detail, particularly in route planning and safety procedures.
    • Ability to manage a vehicle in varying traffic conditions.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
