  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must know how to perform plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs
