الوصف

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, lighting and other automated maintenance systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist with renovations and upgrades as needed.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical systems, safety regulations, routine inspections, and building maintenance.
  • Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety.
