Description

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and ensure all building systems are operational.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, troubleshooting, wiring, air conditioning maintenance, escalator and elevator upkeep, lighting fixtures, and generator maintenance.
Working Conditions: May require working in various environments including indoor and outdoor settings, with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
