Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs on various systems including HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Conduct routine inspections and identify areas requiring attention or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and external contractors as needed.

Must possess at least a high school diploma, vocational diploma / short course certificate.
With TESDA NC II Certification is a plus
Skills in electrician, aircon technician, mechanical
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems· With/Without NCII Relevant to the field·
At least 1-2 years experience as MST
Solid understanding of safety standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, if required.
Willing to be assigned in Makati areas
Can start ASAP
