Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of repair supplies and tools
- Document maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other staff for facility improvements
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; strong problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily indoors; may involve physical labor and irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, strong communication skills.
