Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks , which includes de clogging & leaks repair.
Cleaning of air-con units and cooling equipment.
Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working conditions.
Other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.

With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
Willing to render overtime & shifting schedule if needed.
Has basic knowledge in construction works, repair and maintenance.
At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible
