Location site: Le Professional Foodservice Concepts, Inc. (2738 F.B. Harrison St, Pasay City, Metro Manila)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (TESDA or technical training preferred)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in building or equipment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely
• Physically fit; able to lift heavy objects and work in varying conditions
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment
• Conduct minor repairs (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, door locks, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain mechanical systems (AC, lighting, generators, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, hallways, and grounds
• Assist with setup and tear-down for events, furniture moving, or deliveries
• Respond to maintenance requests or reported issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair or servicing
• Keep records of completed work and maintenance logs
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition and safely stored
• Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols
