Description

  • Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
  • Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and replacement of damaged equipment’s and others
  • Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
  • Testing and recommending new maintenance products
  • Checking and responding to security and safety issues
  • Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problem

Requirements

  • Knowledge or expertise in electrical, HVAC, MCC and the like
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent
  • With at least 3 yrs. experience in maintenance
  • Normal vision and hearing
  • Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard-working with good customer service, and willing to learn
  • Full-Time Position
