• Attend to all building maintenance issues.
• For those that is beyond capability, need to search for competent & direct contractor/specialist.
• Update on daily log work record.
• Update on stock cards.
• Update in Apps on work carried out, work in progress, identified work, etc etc

Responsibilities:

Must be self-discipline in time attendance.

Must report to superior and in groupchat when there is a need to go out of building.

Have good behaviour & attitide towards work & to fellow colleagues.

Have good sense of responsibility.
