Responsible in inspecting the building of the Company for any issues or damaged structures. Assist Sr. and Lead Maintenance in planning and implementation of maintenance activities for all equipment within area of responsibility. Monitor all equipment performance and review preventive maintenance check sheet.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Vocational or Technical course
• With at least six (6) months work experience in building/ facility/ equipment maintenance or electrical/ mechanical/civil works or similar functions
• With strong sense of responsibility
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
