Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration

At least 3 to 5 years of work experience as Brand Manager

Experience working in FMCG industry or food industry

Knowledgeable in digital marketing, media mix strategy, and campaign management.

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Understand the customer needs and awareness to marketing opportunities

Consistently conduct marketing research regarding with competitors and industry

and market trends, and consumer behavior.

Identify the target market based on analysis of the brand and products

Identify the target market's demographic, psychographic, and behavioral

Providing guidance and leadership to the brand team and lead marketing team members through campaigns
