• Join as a TEAM LEADER based in Antipolo City Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of hair and beauty professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BARBERSHOP, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and foster a positive work environment
• Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.

• Extensive experience in the BARBERSHOP industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
• Proficient in using salon management software and other relevant tools
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
