Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance and service quality.
Maintain inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient merchandising.
Foster a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in retail or branch operations.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and effective teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in sales management, marketing, and customer service.
