  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and present progress to management.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of supervisory or relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing acumen, teamwork, and customer management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varied hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership abilities.
