  • Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage branch budgets and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering professional growth.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between branch and upper management.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, inventory management, sales training, and sales management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment involving both individual and team tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong team player, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Willing to Assigned: SM City Laoag
