Description

The Motorpool Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the motorpool, ensuring efficient vehicle management and maintenance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in vehicle management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing schedules.

Prepare vehicles for disposal in accordance with the vehicle replacement program requirements

Lead a team of mechanics, helper mechanics & support staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluation.

Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation and vehicles.
