الوصف

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance and growth opportunities.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, and sales strategies
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with meet sales targets
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
