  • Oversee daily operations of the branch
  • Manage staff, providing leadership and support
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve goals
  • Monitor financial performance and control cost
  • Conduct training programs for staff development
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of management experience preferably in a retail or service environment
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Inventory management expertise
  • Public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Sales and after-sales management
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in customer management
  • Effective problem solver
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in an office/store environment with occasional evening or weekend shifts
