We are looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager with solid experience in Payments or Card Systems to manage complex projects in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of payment ecosystems, and the ability to handle demanding clients with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, focusing on payment systems or card-related implementations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for two high-profile, demanding banking clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
• Team Leadership:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and vendor partners.
• Motivate team members, assign tasks, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Payment/Card Systems Expertise:
• Apply deep domain knowledge of payments infrastructure, card processing systems, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery in the payments/card domain.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews

• Education:
• Must be a College Graduate, preferably with a degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5–8 years of overall project management experience, with at least 2–3 years in payments or card systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and high-pressure client relationships.
• Skills:
• Strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Deep understanding of payments and card systems (e.g., transaction processing, EMV, ISO 8583, switching, settlement, or mobile wallets).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage tough client expectations and thrive under pressure.
• Certifications (preferred):
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
