الوصف

Responsible in overall marketing and administration of the branch to ensure consistent growth and profitable performance. Facilitates continuous training of branch staff to equip them with the Knowledge and values necessary for the effective discharge of their respective duties and responsibilities.


MARKETING

1. Discuss with management targets set of the year.

2. Formulates strategies consistent with management's vision of excellent staff in meeting thru sales and service quality and leads the branch staff in meeting deposit and loan targets and profit objectives.

3. Discuss and explain the pros and cons of bank products to the staff and clients.

4. Evaluates credit proposals and services to appropriate authority for approval.

5. Solicits new business for the branch

6. Makes marketing calls on existing clients and prospects.

7. Represents the branch in local social functions.

8. Ensures profitable management of the branch's resources and liabilities.

9. Monitors (instructs, teaches, motivates, evaluates) performance of cashier, branch operations assistant, teller regarding client service and marketing of bank products.

10. Makes adjustments and changes in areas that need improvements.


CLIENT SERVING

1. Elevates to higher management the needs of the customers and the branch to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

2. Ensures satisfaction of client and that quality of service rendered to them is consistently met, if not exceeded.

3. Responds quickly to problems which may arise within the branch or from clients to ensure speedy resolutions

4. Refer to management immediately matters and deviations that need approval.


ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL

1. Checks their performance vs. assigned tasks/duties.

2. Ensures cross posting of staff for control and training purposes.

3. Ensures compliance with all municipal requirements regarding permits, licenses and taxes.

4. Complies with all the rules and regulations, policies, guidelines and memoranda.

5. Approves all transactions of the branch

6. Commands responsibility and exercises authority within established guidelines.

7. Checks on all employees to ensure that all policies/procedures required for all transactions/activities are strictly followed by the designated staff in order to attain an acceptable Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Internal Audit rating.

8. Manages branch expenses within budget and ensures that all approval requirements are complied with.

9. Ensures that meetings are conducted regularly.

10. Ensures that Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Internal Audit findings/exceptions are corrected/ acted upon.

11. Monitors that audit rectifications are being implemented.

12. Supervises independent count of cash and accountable forms by designated staff.

13. Supervises the following:

a. Consolidation/preparation of all reports

b. Maintenance and keeping of general and subsidiary ledgers

c. Analysis of financial condition in view of maximizing profits

d. Monitoring of daily Cash in Vault level and deposit accounts maintained with depository banks.

14. Holder of the 2nd ATM vault/safe combination (Alternate: Teller)

15. Act as witness in the retrieval and replenishment of cash and supplies (Alternate: Teller)

16. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


The PLANBANK “Rural Bank of Canlubang Planters, Inc.” was incorporated on November 24, 1952 by sugar planters who were members of the Banco Rural de CA-BA-LAG, a cooperative operating and serving the needs of sugar planters from the provinces of Cavite, Batangas and Laguna. The Bank was given a license to operate by the Central Bank of the Philippines (now Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) on January 25, 1953.
