As a Technical Design Coordinator – BIM Manager, you are expected to manage allocated projects and day to day output of BIM Detailers within the studio. You are expected to make sure that every drawing is legible, professional, and adheres to Client standards that are being used.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop BIM models across disciplines (Arch/Struc/MEP)
• Review technical drawings and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM software
• Uphold BIM standards and perform quality control checks
• Collaborate with project managers and participate in design workshops

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (Adobe, SketchUp, 3Ds Max a plus)
• Strong grasp of BIM protocols and coordination practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, and a team player
• Fluent in English; willing to travel

Middle East project experience is an advantage!
