Payment Channel Expansion Manager

Location: Pakistan (Islamabad preferred)

Work Mode: Hybrid (remote + on-site, with business travel required)

Salary Range: USD 1,000 – 2,000

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently develop and maintain local payment channels in Pakistan, and oversee the entire cooperation process from initial contact to signing and implementation, including API integration, wallet account opening, and fund channel establishment.
2. Collect and evaluate local third-party PSP payment companies, and screen high-quality partners that can provide corporate wallet accounts.
3. Provide business support and merchant onboarding; be familiar with payment processes for both grey-area businesses (gaming, gambling) and legitimate businesses, and be able to independently complete merchant introduction and risk assessment.
4. Assist in license application: participate in the application for EMI, PSP or PSO licenses, support document preparation, communicate with relevant institutions, and follow up on progress.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of working experience in payment, fintech or related industries in Pakistan.
2. Familiar with payment API integration processes, and have led or deeply participated in channel access projects.
3. Strong business negotiation skills, able to independently design cooperation plans and conclude agreements.
4. Clear understanding of grey-area businesses such as gaming and gambling, and willing to promote relevant cooperation.
5. Experience in team management or mentoring is preferred.
6. Own means of transportation is preferred; able to conduct on-site visits to partners.
