  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Develop knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Job Title: Barista
  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication; extensive coffee knowledge; latte art proficiency; exceptional customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; shifts may include weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passionate about coffee; friendly; attentive; reliable.
