  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
  • Provide excellent customer service and upsell products.

  • Job Title: Barista
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, strong communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and manage cash transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including weekends.
