الوصف
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
- Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Participate in team training and development.
المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of coffee types, excellent written and verbal communication, upselling and customer service skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, engage with customers, and manage orders efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Consistency, reliability, positive demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset.
