Welcome and engage with customers at The Glasshouse, a premium café in the Food & Beverages industry.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with craftsmanship and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Operate coffee-making equipment with expertise, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Promote a warm and comfortable environment for an exceptional guest experience.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Barista.
Skills and Competencies:Precise attention to detail.
Proficient in creating latte art and a deep overall coffee knowledge.
Strong upselling skills to promote menu items.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven customer service skills.
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Consistent in delivering high-quality beverages.
Responsibilities and Duties:Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to brand standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Engage with customers, taking orders and serving in a friendly manner.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Stock inventory and anticipate customer and store needs.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced cafe environment requiring extended periods of standing and the ability to work under pressure.
