  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain cash drawer and ensure balanced transactions.
  • Promote bank products and services to customers.
  • Adhere to security and compliance regulations.
  • Assist with account openings and maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.


  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, due diligence in handling transactions, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on-site in Morong, Rizal.
