Provides safe handling of all the things or items purchased by the customers/clients.
Ensures no losses (of items) in the baggage counter.
Ensure no complaints from shoppers on the counter process/service.
Ensure that there are no breakage during bagging of merchandise
Return unsold goods to respective area;
Responsible in the cleanliness and orderliness of the front-end area;
Responsible in the availability of supplies at the front-end area

Responsible for the properly arrangement and packaging of the merchandise
being sold and that correct arrangement of bagging are being applied;
Helps manage Customer’s shopping experience
Provide the correct and approved service greeting and spiels.
Provides customer service assistance
Assist in finding the location of the goods;
Responsible in providing good courtesy to the customer by giving the right service and proper greetings;
Ensure customer leaves the selling area properly served and well assisted.
Ensure that items left by customers at the counter if any, are properly reported and turned over to the guard on duty.
Perform other duties as the management may require

At least SHS/ HS Graduate
Able to properly handle items
Strong interpersonal skills. Maintains effective working relation with other staff and superiors.

Able to multitask
With Good Customer Service
