  • Performs excavation tasks for construction, landscaping, or utility projects.
  • Ensures equipment is maintained, checked for safety, and operated efficiently.
  • Follows project plans and directions to ensure accurate digging and loading.
  • Coordinates with site supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Adheres to safety standards and regulations while operating machinery.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating backhoe machinery.
  • Strong understanding of construction or excavation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver’s license and certifications for operating backhoe equipment (if required).
  • Excellent attention to safety and detail.
