1. Proficient in the Go language, with rich backend development experience.
2. Skilled in using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis; understands their underlying principles, best practices, and performance optimization strategies.
3. Proficient in the basic development points of distributed applications, including caching and implementation of distributed transactions (e.g., 2PC).
4. Deep understanding of testing principles and methods in software development, the testing pyramid, and can write highly covered, maintainable test code.
5. Proficient in using Git.
6. Skilled in Docker.
7. Solid foundational knowledge in computer science.
8. Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
9. Enthusiastic about new technologies.

Bonus Points:

1. Interested in or has researched the blockchain ecosystem, written and deployed smart contracts, including but not limited to Solidity, Move, Cairo, etc.
