Position: ServiceNow Developer

Company Industry: HVAC Manufacturing

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Mid Shift | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)

Salary: Php 100,000 gross

Work Set-Up: Hybrid | On-site 3x per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Strong background in ServiceNow modules (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, Workflows)
• Experience with web service integration (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
• Knowledge of ITSM and Agile/Scrum methodology

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and modules
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
• Conduct testing and assist users during UAT
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize processes
