QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Vocational or tech certificate in programming is also acceptable if skilled
• Willing to work on-site , from Monday to Saturday
• Willing to handle system maintenance, debugging, and feature enhancements
• Willing to render overtime if needed for system updates or urgent tasks
• Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality of Company data.
• With good moral character and team player
• Knowledge in documentation and basic project management tools



TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge in web development (HTML,CSS, JavaScript, Frameworks like React, Vue, or Laravel)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, SQL server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Understanding of API integration and RESTful services.
• Basic to advanced knowledge in software debugging, testing, and documentation
• Familiarity with version control system like Git / Github/Gitlab.
• Advantage: Experience in mobile app development, cloud platforms, or ERP/POS Systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional applications
• Build web, desktop, or mobile application as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Perform system updates, enhancements, and patches
• Provide technical support to internal teams
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and security
• Create queries, reports, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with management and departments on systems needs.
• Documents processes, workflows, and user guides.
• Conduct testing: unit, integration, and user acceptance.
• Stay updated on technologies and development practices.
• Optimize business processes through technology improvements.
