We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Cold Caller to join our sales and outreach team. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting the foundation for successful business relationships. As the first point of contact, you'll represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first attitude.


Here are the main duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided lists or lead generation tools.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce relevant services/products.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for senior sales staff.
  • Document all call activities, feedback, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints.
  • Continuously improve calling scripts and outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and results.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to confidently answer questions and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and identify opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and offer solutions before problems arise.
  • Help manage online systems, platforms, and tools (e.g., CRM, project management software)
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow

المتطلبات

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry specifically hotels
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and client-oriented approach.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dialing software, and productivity tools.
  • High degree of professionalism and reliability.
  • Preferably, with Customer Service experience.
