- Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle issues.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues; conduct regular inspections and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive repair is a plus.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in automobile maintenance, test driving vehicles, conducting surveys, and damage assessments.
- Working Conditions: Primarily work in an auto shop; may involve exposure to noise, fumes, and heavy equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
