Second Skin Industries is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to be assigned in its Alabang Branch.

1. Sales Functions:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.

2. Operations Functions:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
• Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Address operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruptions.

3. Administrative & Coordination:

• Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate between sales, production/service, and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related role (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related field.
