- Assist the manager in a day to day operations and ensure smooth worklow
- supervise, train and motivate team members to achieve performance standards
- handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- support in scheduling work flows and managing employees attendance
- coordinate with suppliers, logistic partners for timely delivery
- oversee quality control of giveaways before dispatch to ensure brand standards are met.
- ensure accurate product customizaton and branding per client specifications
- supervise and support a small team of coordinators.
- assist in vendor negotiations to achieve better pricing and lead times
- contribute ideas for product sourcing, branding trends and new market opportunities
- willing to undergo training to become future manager
