QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
• At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Sales Officer is responsible in selling NELTEX products to the Philippines’ top 10 developers water companies and from any specific account specified by Management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     100% achievement of monthly & annual sales target

2.     Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with credit and collection policies

3.     Develops & maintain long term relationships with key decision makers to influence purchases based on NELTEX product advantages and not to focus on price driven approaches
