We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee the operations of our Accounting Department. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with tax laws, and alignment of financial goals with company operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, capable of managing a team while contributing to the company’s financial growth and stability.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department

• Develop Accounting goals and objectives and provide metrics to measure if objectives are met by the Accounting Department

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and other financial reports

• Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trend, and areas for improvement

• Develop and implement efficient and proper accounting procedures, policies, and principles

• Delegate responsibilities and monitor workflow within the accounting department to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Prepare Accounting Reports such as but not limited to tax return, annual statements, monthly and quarterly VAT return

• Monitor budget performance and advise management on variances, identifying areas for cost control and financial optimization

• Handle internal or external audits and prepare the necessary documents required

• Ensure compliance to existing Philippine Tax Laws

• Work closely with other departments, such as HR, operations, and management, to align financial goals and operations

• Other tasks assigned by top management

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior supervisor or officer level experiences in accounting roles, ideally in the automotive sector but not required.
