Job Summary

As the Data Analytics and Modeling Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing business data, identifying trends, and developing models that drive smarter decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business units to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and manage AI-based data models to identify trends, root causes, and process improvements.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) to design scalable analytical solutions.
• Manage data access tools, dashboards, and monitor usage compliance.
• Lead a team of analysts and guide data-driven strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, modeling, or data science.
• Strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their business applications.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Finance or Sales Analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRMA.
• Experience in project management or software engineering is a plus.
